In this dramedy, a man tries through various methods to control the intense anxiety he feels in the midst of the pandemic lockdown.

For his acting in this film, Rodrigo Alfonso has won more than a dozen Best Actor awards from festivals around the world. Additionally, the film has also won in the other categories such as Drama, Erotic, LGBTQ+, and Experimental shorts, for a total of more than 20 prizes. 

"I produced this short film Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown finding myself recording a representation of some of my inner thoughts and anxieties.
